We always wanted to bring our Taiwanese Flavours in UK, because as we all know there is little to none in London.

So we set our journey to find what can bring our heritage to UK to show the beauty of our culture and food.

The Story Unfolds

We started by looking for Taiwanese Sauces that are Artisanal and Premium, and we couldn't find any.

That's why we started to create a product that the people know, but have authentic Taiwanese Flavours and that is

Are we just a Taiwanese Chilli Crisp?

We notice all sauces available are neither flavourful nor crispy, and with that in mind, we venture our way to create the Crispy Oils.

We wanted to not share the most trendy Chilli Crisp, we wanted other flavours to shine the same. Therefore, we decided to start with 3 flavours of Taiwan: Garlic, Scallion and Chilli.

Ryan is the founder of YENRYANCOOKS, a Taiwanese sauce company born from a simple truth: a meal without sauce is unfinished. And not just any sauce, but built with depth, love, and soul

Rooted in Taiwanese flavour traditions he grew up eating with, Ryan set out to share these sauces with the world, adding a playful twist along the way. Each recipe starts with a classic foundation, then bends the rules just enough honouring tradition while surprising your palate.
