How long does your product last?

Typically it last about 6 months when it sealed, and once opened, we recommend 3 - 6 months.

How do I store your products?

We recommend to store in a cool dry place when unopened, and once opened, store it in the refrigerator.

How do I use your product?

Before eating, stir the product with a spoon until fully incorporated to get the golden ratio of oil and crisp.

You can use it whatever your heart desires, if you dare to try, put it on Ice Cream!

Do your products contain any nuts or known allergens?

Our products do not contain nuts or other known allergens, they are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts. Please refer back to our products for the ingredient list

How much does the shipping cost/how long does it take to arrive on my doorstep?

Standard Shipping - £3.99 (Free Shipping Over £20)

  • We dispatched within 1-3 Working Days once an order has been placed.
  • The Shipment will arrive between 2-5 Working Days

Express Shipping - £5.99

  • We will dispatched Next Working Day once the order has been placed.
  • The Shipment will arrive between 2-5 Working Days
Do you ship internationally?

We only ship across United Kingdom.


For anyone that is outside of UK, as much as we want to share our products to you, we do not ship internationally. If we happen to be around the area, we will let you know and hopefully bring joy to you all!

Can we return/refund the product?

Unfortunately, our food products are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.

Can we cancel or modify orders when placed?

Unfortunately, all orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or updated once they are placed. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item!

First, we are extremely sorry if your order arrives spoiled and/or with broken jars.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over how delivery drivers handles our orders once it leaves our production. We understand the frustration. Even we are frustrated for not delivery a smile to your face! As bad it may be, we want to make it right for you.
