How long does your product last?
Typically it last about 6 months when it sealed, and once open we recommend 3 - 6 months.
How do I store your products?
We recommend to store in a cool dry place when unopened, and once opened, store it in the refrigerator.
How do I use your product?
Before eating, stir the product with a spoon until fully incorporated to get golden ratio of oil and crisp.
Do your products contain any nuts or known allergens?
Our products do not contain nuts or other known allergens, they are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts. Please refer back to our products for the ingredient list

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping cost £3.99, Free Shipping over £20!
How long does it take to get your product to my doorstep?
Standard Shipping will take 2-5 days, You will get a tracking from Royal Mail.
Do you ship to the entire UK and Internationally?
We only do shipping in England at the moment.
For Scotland/Ireland/Wales, we are working on it to make it possible! Please bare with us.
For outside UK, as much as we want to share our products to you, we do not ship outside UK for the time being. If we happen to be around the area, we will let you know and hopefully bring joy to you all!

Can we return/refund the product?
Unfortunately, our food products are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.
Can we cancel or modify orders when placed?

What should we do when my order arrives either with broken jars or spoiled?
First, we are extremely sorry if your order arrives spoiled and/or with broken jars. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how delivery drivers handles our orders once it leaves our production. We understand the frustration. Even we are frustrated for not delivery a smile to your face! As bad it may be, we want to make it right for you.
