This was my second order of Yen Ryan’s Crispy Shallot & Scallion Oil and I’m hooked. The shallots stay crunchy, the flavour is bold and savoury, and it instantly makes plain rice, noodles, or eggs taste amazing. It’s rich, so a little goes a long way, but honestly it’s a total flavour cheat code.
